Let’s talk meditation!

You heard me! M E D I T A T I O N  I see you rolling your eyes and scrolling right through. Just a few months ago I was doing the same. But here’s the catch…It actually IS an incredible tool to learn how to connect to yourself. Meditation has helped me so much these past few months. I started therapy and quickly realized that my inner past versions of me needed healing. So I reluctantly turned to meditation aaaaaand it honestly has changed me forever.  When we think of meditation we think of sitting on the floor with candles, crystals and incense concentrating and being completely quiet and still. As good as that is and can work perfectly for someone else it sounds horrible to me. I can never sit still, I always have to fidget and honestly it is so hard to focus when I am in silence. So I started to experiment a few different meditation techniques.  My favourite by far is a workout meditation. Now I see you looking confused. Isn’t meditation supposed to be the opposite of a workout?! W
